Need to breakdown sales by payment gateway? Done. Need to create a customer segmented order over time report? Done.
There is a learning curve, and only thing I'd think would help would be a glossary or faq of what Shopify calls different fields as it's not straight forward what Shopify calls things and how it relates here on Better Reports but otherwise their support is always willing to help :)
I've used this on every Shopify store I've owned or managed to get data for marketing reports, for our finance team, for tax reconciliation, and more!
In short: the app makes evaluating Shopify data much easier. There are lots of customizable templates to choose from, and if you need something special, the support team responds to your request extremely quickly. I highly recommend it!
We've used the Better Reports app since 2021. It's great. Additionally, the BR customer service team has gone over and above each time we've had a special report request or app adjustment. They're a pleasure to work with every time.
