Our returns and exchange policy is created to ensure you’re getting everything you want from The Line By K. With that said, our merchandise sells out quickly and in order to properly issue you an exchange or receive product from returns to resell, we have shortened the return and exchange window.
THE LINE BY K RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All merchandise must be approved before submitted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise is accepted for refund or exchange if returned in approved and salable condition within 7 days of the ship date, accompanied by the exchange slip. With this exchange slip, please include your name, order # and a detailed note of why are you requesting an exchange or return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our return policy is to ensure you are receiving the best from The Line By K. When returns happen, we want to ensure your happiness. Here’s our policy:
- All returns will be authorized by The Line By K team before merchandise is sent back. To get your return authorized, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you want to return, your order number and we will get back to you within two business days.
- Merchandise sold at full price is accepted for return within 7 days of delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Please ensure the merchandise was not worn, altered or washed.
- Please return the merchandise in its original condition, in original packaging with The Line By K or TLK hangtag attached.
- If the merchandise is returned damaged or stained, the return will be rejected and and sent back to the customer at the discretion of The Line By K.
- When returning your order, we suggest you insure the package via USPS and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed for refunds. The Line By K is not responsible for the package’s arrival to our warehouse. Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request.
- A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5-10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the The Line By K warehouse to issue your refund. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Our exchange policy is to set up to ensure you receive exactly what you want from The Line By K. When trying to exchange, we want to ensure your getting your merchandise in a timely fashion and to receive your merchandise before product is sold out.
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
- We only allow size and color exchanges in the same style. Any other kind of exchange will be treated as a return. Please contact us at email@example.com to get your exchange authorized. Once our warehouse receives the item please allow 5 –10 business days for your account to be credited. You may at any time purchase the new desired item.
- Once we receive your merchandise in our warehouse, we will ship out your exchange, free of charge.
- Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
- Please note, we do not accept exchanges for products released post-purchase. No exceptions.
Merchandise marked “sale” or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- If you are returning an item due to a mistake made by ThelinebyK.com or if merchandise is defective, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
- If you are making an international order, please ensure you’ve filled in your proper address.
Please note, we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
- If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
- Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
- Please allow an estimate of 10 to 15 business days for delivery worldwide. Also, please note tracking is limited once a package hits a destination post. *German orders please expect delays.
- We ship via USPS, providing secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
- Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
