PROCESS A RETURN

 

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with all original tags attached within 21 shipping service days (Mon-Sat) from the date your order was marked delivered. Any returns marked delivered at our warehouse after that window of time are ineligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if a return label is generated through our portal. You may choose to use your own preferred shipping method to avoid the restocking fee but we are not responsible for any packages and/or item(s) lost.

Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order. 

Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains, or any other stains in general.

The Line by K is unable to create return labels for orders outside of the United States. Please ship your preferred shipping method. International returns must provide a tracking number and insurance is suggested.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Merchandise that is discounted on sale 30% off or greater, and/or marked “final sale" is not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions. Any Final Sale items included in a return will be sent back to the address listed on the order.

All markdowns on the site are final sale.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at what@thelinebyk.com email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Within 21 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resell-able condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • FINAL SALE items
  • Items that show any signs of wear and/or scents such as perfume, make up etc
  • Items outside of the return window

 

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

 

CAN THE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. You will receive a separate email with the new tracking number.

We currently do not support returns and exchanges for international orders.

 

WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

 

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within eight business days after the day your return was received at our warehouse.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

 

WHAT IF I MADE A PURCHASE USING STORE CREDIT OR A GIFT CARD? CAN I STILL RETURN?

All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded to merchandise credit.
